Parviz Mojaverian, Ph.D., F.C.P.

Dr. Mojaverian is a veteran of Phase 1/ clinical pharmacology drug development with extensive experiences in academic research, pharmaceutical industry, and contract research organization.  After earning his doctoral degree in pharmaceutical chemistry from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science, Dr. Mojaverian has been at various positions of responsibilities including:

Merck Fellowship in clinical pharmacology at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia (1980-1982), NCI postdoctoral research at University of Kansas, Lawrence (1982-1983), Assistant professor of Medicine and pharmacology, Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA (1984-1988), Principal Scientist in drug metabolism and PK department, Schering-Plough, Kenilworth, N.J. (1988-1995),  Clinical pharmacology consultant, Janssen Research Foundation, Titusville, N.J. (1995-1997), Director of Clinical Pharmacology at Wyeth Research, Collegeville, PA (1997- 2002), and Senior Director / Senior PK Scientist, clinical pharmacology at Quintiles Transnational, Inc., Overland Park, Kansas (2002- present).

Dr. Mojaverian has published over 50 manuscripts in reputable journals and has more than 60 published abstracts presented in national and international meetings.  He has served as reviewer for several scientific journals and is an active member of AAPS, ASCPT, and ACCP organizations.
